- Now add chopped vegetables and saute for a minute, then add 2 tbsp water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp garam masala..
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes, until vegetables are cooked well..
- Now add cooked rice, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well..
- Add roasted nuts and fried paneer over rice..
- Pour saffron milk and kewda essence over rice, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes..
- Garnish with fried nuts and enjoy navratna pulao hot as one pot meal..
